< REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION >

SUNROOF UNIT ASSEMBLY

1.

Remove sunroof motor assembly. Refer to 

RF-53, "Removal and Installation"

.

2.

Remove sunshade motor assembly. Refer to 

RF-55, "Removal and Installation"

.

3.

Remove rear sunroof glass. Refer to 

RF-50, "Removal and Installation"

.

4.

Remove sunshade. Refer to 

RF-60, "Removal and Installation"

.

5.

Remove wind deflector. Refer to 

RF-63, "Removal and Installation"

.

6.

Remove rear drain assembly 

 fixing screws 

, and then

remove rear drain assembly.

ASSEMBLY

Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1.

Remove sunroof unit assembly. Refer to 

RF-57, "Removal and Installation"

. 

2.

Remove rear sunroof glass. Refer to 

RF-50, "Removal and Installation"

.

3.

Disengage sunshade stay 

 using a remover tool (A) from sun-

roof unit assembly 

.

CAUTION:

Apply protective tape (B) on remover tool to protect from
damage.

4.

Push sunshade stay 

 as shown by the arrows in the figure,

and then disengage sunshade stay from sunroof unit assembly

.

5.

Rotate sunshade as shown by the arrows in the figure, and then
remove sunshade stay from sunroof unit assembly.

Pull sunshade 

 as shown by the arrows in the figure, and then

remove sun shade from sunroof unit assembly 

.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.
