、Outer Water Splitting Strip of Front Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove outer water splitting strip of front side vehicle door 

1). Lift vehicle door window to the lowest; 

2). Remove fixed bolt of outer water splitting strip of front s; 

3). Pry outer water splitting strip of front side vehicle door from 

inside of vehicle door; 

△Note      Please don’t force too much when removing, 

because it may cause components deformed. 

△Note      Check strip visually when removing, if deformed, 

please replace. 

 

 
 
 

 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install outer water splitting strip of front side vehicle door 

1). Align outer water splitting strip of front side vehicle door to 

flange of door pillar, and install outer water splitting strip 

of front side vehicle door in place from front part slowly; 

2). Tighten rear part fixed bolt of outer water splitting strip of 

front side vehicle door; 

Tighten torque 

3~5N

XI、Waterproof Membrane of Front Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove front triangle window cover plate assembly    Refer to "Front door trim panel assembly" 

4.  Remove front door trim panel assembly    Refer to "Front door trim panel assembly" 

5.  Remove installation bracket of front door inclined handle 

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts of installation bracket of front door 

inclined handle; 

2). Take down installation bracket of front door inclined 

handle; 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
6.  Remove waterproof membrane of front vehicle door 

1). Disconnect connection of waterproof membrane and vehicle 

door, and take down waterproof membrane; 

△Note      Don’t touch surface of adhesion agent to avoid 

weaken adhesion effect. 

△Note      Be careful with waterproof membrane to avoid 

damage waterproof membrane. 

 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install waterproof membrane of front vehicle door 

1). Install waterproof membrane to right position of vehicle 

inside ; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

2.  Install installation bracket of front door inclined handle 

1). Place installation bracket to right position, and tighten 2 

fixed bolts;

 

 
 
 

3.  Install front door trim panel assembly 

4.  Install front triangle window cover plate assembly 

5.  Connect battery negative electrode

XII、Waterproof Membrane of Rear Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Remove 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove rear door triangle window cover plate assembly    Refer to "Rear door trim panel assembly" 

4.  Remove rear door trim panel assembly    Refer to "Rear door trim panel assembly" 

5.  Remove installation bracket of rear door handle panel 

1). Remove 2 fixed bolts connecting installation bracket of rear 

door handle panel and rear vehicle door; 

2). Take down installation bracket of rear door handle panel; 

 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 

6.  Remove waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door 

1). Separate connection of waterproof membrane and vehicle 

door, and take down waterproof membrane; 

△Note      Don’t touch surface of adhesion agent to avoid 

weaken adhesion effect. 

△Note      Be careful with waterproof membrane to avoid 

damage waterproof membrane. 

 
 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install waterproof membrane of rear vehicle door 

1). Install waterproof membrane to inside vehicle door, and 

tighten; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
2.  Install installation bracket of rear door handle panel 

1). Place installation bracket to installation position, and tighten 

2 fixed bolts; 

 

 
 
 
 

3.  Install rear door trim panel assembly 

4.  Install rear door triangle window cover plate assembly 

5.  Connect battery negative electrode

XIII、Door Frame Rubber Strip of Front Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly    Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly" 

2.  Remove door frame rubber strip of front side vehicle door 

1). Disconnect door frame rubber strip from vehicle body from 

one end; 

2). Pull out door frame rubber strip of front side vehicle door

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install door frame rubber strip of front side vehicle door 

1). Place door frame rubber strip to installation position; 

2). Knock slightly using rubber hammer to make it be installed

XIV、Door Frame Rubber Strip of Rear Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly    Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly" 

2.  Remove door frame rubber strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Disconnect door frame rubber strip from vehicle body from 

one end; 

2). Pull out door frame rubber strip of rear side vehicle door

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install door frame rubber strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Place door frame rubber strip to installation position; 

2). Knock slightly using rubber hammer to make it be installed

XV、Inner Water Splitting Strip of Rear Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove rear door triangle window cover plate assembly    Refer to "Rear door triangle window cover plate assembly" 

4.  Remove rear door trim panel assembly    Refer to "Rear door trim panel assembly" 

5.  Remove inner water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Take down inner water splitting strip of rear side vehicle 

door slowly with hands from one side; 

△Note      Please don’t force too much when removing,

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install inner water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Install one end first, and then install inner water splitting 

strip of rear side vehicle door in place slowly; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

2.  Install rear door trim panel assembly 

3.  Install rear door triangle window cover plate assembly 

4.  Connect battery negative electrode

XVI、Outer Water Splitting Strip of Rear Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Remove 

 

1. Remove outer water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Lift vehicle door window to the lowest; 

2). Remove fixed bolts both in left and right side of outer water 

splitting strip of rear side vehicle door and vehicle door; 

3). Pry outer water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door from 

inside of vehicle door; 

△Note      Please don’t force too much when removing, 

because it may cause components deformed. 

△Note      Check strip visually when removing, if deformed, 

please replace. 

 
 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install outer water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door 

1). Align outer water splitting strip of rear side vehicle door to 

flange of door pillar, and install outer water splitting strip 

of rear side vehicle door in place from front part slowly; 

2). Tighten rear part fixed bolt in left and right side of outer 

water splitting strip of front side vehicle door; 

Tighten torque 

5~7N

XVII、Tail Door Sealing Strip 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove tail door sealing strip 

1). Remove hatstand knot from installation bracket, and 

disconnect tail door sealing strip from vehicle body from 

one end; 

2). Pull out tail door sealing strip slowly; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install tail door sealing strip 

1). Place tail door sealing strip to installation position 

2). Knock slightly using hammer to make it be installed in 

place;

（III）Maintenance Note 

 

(1). Assemble sequence of seats fixed bolts. 
(2). Put the seats to the rearmost position and check the locking condition of each slide; then fasten the front fixed bolts temporarily. 
(3). Put the seats to the most front position and check the locking condition of each slide; then fasten the rear fixed bolts temporarily. 
(4). Put the seats to the rearmost position and fasten the front fixed bolts completely. 
(5). Check whether seats can move forward and backward smooth and locks locked properly or not. 
(6). Replace the damaged rear seats cushion clips. 
(7). The assembly procedure of seats fixed bolts and nuts. 
(8). Check whether the operation of the tilt seats and folding seat cushion is smooth or not. 

 
 

II、Front Seat Assembly 

 

（I）Removal

3.  Remove front seat assembly

3). Disconnect safety belt not inserting warning wiring harness

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install front seat assembly 

1). Connect safety belt not inserting warning wiring harness

2). First pre-install 2 bolts of front part of seat, slip seat forward 

to forefront, and then pre-install 2 bolts of rear part of seat; 

at last tighten rear outside bolt of seat, rear inside bolt, 

front side two bolts; 

Tighten torque

III、Seat Headrest 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove seat headrest 

1). Press unlock button on headrest guide sleeve of seat 

headrest;

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install seat headrest 

1). Press seat headrest unlock button in; 

2). Insert seat headrest to headrest guide sleeve, and adjust

IV、Rear Seat Backrest 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove rear seat cushion assembly 

1). Lift rear seat cushion assembly upward, pull out cushion 

from cushion buckles, and take out rear seat cushion

2.  Remove rear seat backrest assembly 

1). Remove lower fixed bolt of rear seat middle safety belt; 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2). Press two sides unlock buttons of seat backrest upper part,

3). Remove fixed bolt both in left/right side backrest lower fixed

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install rear seat backrest assembly 

1). Place rear seat backrest assembly to installation position; 

2). Tighten fixed bolt both in left/right side backrest lower 

fixed bracket and backrest assembly, and take out backrest 

assembly; 

Tighten torque 

45~55N·m 

 
 
 
 
 

 

3). Rotate backrest backward, and tighten lower fixed bolt of 

rear middle safety belt; 

Tighten torque

2.  Install rear seat cushion assembly 

1). Insert rear seat cushion to lower part of backrest, and cross 

safety belt inserting lock and safety belt clap lock from

2). Install pothook of front part of cushion to fixed buckle of 

rear seat;
