（I）Removal 

 

1. Open engine compartment cover 

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

1).  Remove fixed bolts connecting carpet and left/right upper

2). Remove 6 fixed buckles on carpet assembly; 

3). Tear out nylon hasp of back side of front side of carpet 

assembly and nylon hasp of front wall sound shield

（I）Installation 

 

1.  Install carpet assembly 

1). Move carpet assembly in the vehicle, spread and expose 

relative seat installation hole, align to hole position; 

2). Pull out connecting wiring harness of seat from carpet 

assembly, spread carpet in auxiliary dashboard, and 

tighten buckles; 

3). Install nylon hasp of back side of front side of carpet 

assembly and nylon hasp of front wall sound shield 

cushion, and take out carpet assembly; 

 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

4). Tighten fixed bolts connecting carpet and left/right upper 

trim panel assembly of C pillar;

5.  Install saucer cover plate assembly

（III）Maintenance Note 

(1). Glass belongs to fragile parts and must be carefully assembled and disassembled. 
(2). The base coat is required on vehicle body and glass before assembling the glass and sealant must be uniformly smeared on 
the glass without break. 
(3). Rain test can be applied to check whether the glass is fully sealed 24 hours after the installation. 
(4). The vehicle shouldn’t be started within 1 hour after the glass is installed; it takes at least 24 hours for the sealant to fully 
solidify and the vehicle must run slowly if it has to be started. 
(5). Please put on gloves and other protective measures when operating. 

 

II、Engine Hood Sound Insulation Mat 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover

1). Remove 13 fixed buckles of engine hood sound insulation 

mat;

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install engine hood sound insulation mat 

1).  Install engine hood sound insulation mat, and install 13 

fixed buckles;

III、Ventilation Cover Plate Assembly 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove front wiper arm assembly    Refer to "Front wiper arm assembly" 

2.  Remove ventilation cover plate assembly 

1). Remove left/right end cover of ventilation cover plate 

assembly; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

2). Open engine compartment cover

。 

3). Remove 5 expansion buckles of front part of ventilation 

cover plate assembly; 

 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 

4). Disconnect connection of front ventilation cover plate 

assembly and vehicle body metal sheet; 

5). Rotate ventilation cover plate assembly, disconnect 

connection of front washing water pipe and left front 

window spraying nozzle, and take down left front window 

spraying nozzle from outside of ventilation cover plate 

assembly; 

6). Disconnect 2 buckles of ventilation cover plate assembly 

and front washing water pipe assembly; 

 
 
 
 

7). Disconnect connection of front washing water pipe and right 

front window spraying nozzle, and take down right front 

window spraying nozzle from outside of ventilation cover 

plate assembly; 

8). Disconnect 3 buckles of ventilation cover plate assembly 

and front washing water pipe assembly; 

9). Take down ventilation cover plate assembly; 

 

 
 
 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install ventilation cover plate assembly 

1). Install left front window spraying nozzle outside of 

ventilation cover plate assembly, and connect left front

2). Connect front washing water pipe to 2 connections of 

ventilation cover plate assembly; 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

3). Install right front window spraying nozzle outside of 

ventilation cover plate assembly, connect right front 

window spraying nozzle and washing water pipe; 

4). Connect front water pipe to 3 connection of ventilation 

cover plate assembly; 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

5). Place ventilation cover plate assembly to installation 

position, and tighten 5 fixed buckles in front part of 

ventilation cover plate assembly; 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6). Close engine compartment cover

。 

7). Install left/right end cover of ventilation cover plate 

assembly;

IV、Engine Front Hood 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove engine left front hood 

1). Remove 7 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ②  on 

engine left front hood, and take down engine left front

2.  Remove engine right front hood 

1). Remove 7 expansion buckles 

①  and 2 fixed bolts  ②  on 

engine right front hood, and take down engine right front 

hood; 

2). Take down engine right front hood; 

 

 

 
 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install engine left front hood 

1). Place engine left front hood to installation position, and 

tighten 7 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ②; 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2.  Install engine right front hood 

1). Place engine right front hood to installation position, and 

tighten 7 expansion buckles 

①  and 2 fixed bolts  ②; 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 

V、Front Wheel Cover 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove front wheel cover 

1). Remove 5 expansion buckles 

①  connecting rear part of 

front wheel cover and fender; 

2). Remove 2 expansion buckles 

③  and 2 plastic nuts  ② 

connecting rear part of front wheel cover and front wall; 

 

 
 
 
 

3). Remove 2 expansion buckles 

①  connecting bottom of 

front part of front wheel cover and bottom of front bumper, 

and remove 2 expansion buckles 

②  connecting bottom of

4). Remove 2 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ② 

connecting front part of front wheel cover and front 

bumper side; 

5). Remove expansion buckle 

③  connecting front part of front 

wheel and front wall; 

6). Disconnect connection of front wheel cover and fender and 

front bumper, and take down front wheel cover; 

 

 

 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install front wheel cover 

1). Place front wheel cover to installation position; 

2). Tighten expansion buckle 

③  connecting front part of front 

wheel cover and front wall; 

3). Tighten 2 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ② 

connecting front part of front wheel cover and front

4). Tighten 2 expansion buckles 

①  connecting bottom of front 

part of front wheel cover and bottom of front bumper, and 

tighten 2 expansion buckles 

②  connecting bottom of 

front part of front wheel cover and engine front hood; 

 

 

 

 

5). Tighten 2 expansion buckles 

③  and 2 plastic nuts  ② 

connecting rear part of front wheel cover and front wall; 

6). Tighten 5 expansion buckles 

①  connecting rear part of

VI、Rear Wheel Cover 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Remove rear wheel cover 

1). Remove 3 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ② 

connecting rear part of rear wheel cover and rear bumper; 

2). Remove 2 plastic nuts 

③  and expansion buckle  ④ 

connecting rear part of rear wheel cover and vehicle body; 

 

 

 

 
 
 

3). Remove 3 plastic nuts connecting front part of rear wheel 

cover and vehicle body; 

4). Remove expansion buckles connecting front part of rear 

wheel cover and floor waybeam; 

5). Disconnect connection of rear wheel cover and rear bumper 

and vehicle body, and take down rear wheel cover; 

 
 
 
 
 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install rear wheel cover 

1). Place rear wheel cover to installation position; 

2). Tighten 3 plastic nuts connecting front part of rear wheel 

cover and vehicle body; 

3). Install expansion buckle connecting front part of rear wheel

4). Tighten 2 plastic nuts 

③  and expansion buckle  ④ 

connecting rear part of rear wheel cover and vehicle body; 

5). Tighten 3 expansion buckles 

①  and fixed bolt  ②

VII、Front Wall Engine Compartment Heat Insulation Mat 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 
3. Remove warm air inlet/outlet water pipe assembly    Refer to "Warm air inlet/outlet water pipe assembly" 

4.  Remove intake hose    Refer to “Intake hose assembly” 

5. Recycle refrigerant, refrigeration oil 

6.  Remove pipe and expansion valve assembly    Refer to “Pipe and expansion valve assembly” 

7.  Discharge clutch hydraulic pressure oil    Refer to "Clutch hydraulic pressure oil" 

8. Remove left end cover of dashboard    Refer to “Left end cover of dashboard” 

9.  Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side    Refer to “Lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side” 

10. Remove driver’s air bag assembly    Refer to “Driver’s air bag assembly” 

11. Remove steering wheel assembly    Refer to “Steering wheel assembly” 

12. Remove jacketing of steering column    Refer to “Jacketing of steering column” 

13. Remove clock spring    Refer to “Clock spring” 

14. Remove combination switch assembly    Refer to “Combination switch assembly” 

15. Remove anti-theft induction coil    Refer to “Anti-theft induction coil” 

16. Remove ignition switch assembly    Refer to “Ignition switch assembly” 

17. Remove steering column assembly    Refer to “Steering column assembly” 

18. Remove clutch pedal assembly    Refer to “Clutch pedal assembly” 

19. Remove brake pedal assembly    Refer to “Brake pedal assembly” 

20. Remove brake pedal assembly    Refer to “Brake pedal assembly” 

21. Discharge brake liquid    Refer to "Brake liquid" 

22. Remove brake liquid level sensor    Refer to "Brake liquid level sensor" 

23. Remove vacuum booster with brake main pump assembly 

Refer to "Vacuum booster with brake main pump assembly" 

24. Remove front wall engine compartment heat insulation mat 

1). Remove 7 plastic nuts of front wall engine compartment 

heat insulation mat; 

2). Disconnect connection of brake liquid pipe clamp and front 

wall, disconnect connection of engine front compartment 

wiring harness and front wall, and take out front wall 

engine compartment heat insulation mat from clearance of 

clamp and front wall; 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install front wall engine compartment heat insulation mat 

1). Place front wall engine compartment heat insulation mat to 

installation position, and install 7 plastic nuts of front wall 

engine compartment heat insulation mat; 

2). Connect connection of brake liquid pipe clamp and front 

wall, connect connection of engine front compartment 

wiring harness and front wall; 

 

 

2.  Install vacuum booster with brake main pump assembly 
3. Install brake liquid level sensor 
4. Fill brake liquid

10.   Install ignition switch assembly

17. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver’s side 

18. Install left end cover of dashboard 

19. Discharge clutch hydraulic pressure oil 

20. Install pipe and expansion valve assembly 

21.Fill refrigerant, refrigeration oil 

22. Install intake hose 

23. Install warm air inlet/outlet water pipe assembly 

24. Connect battery negative electrode

VIII、front wall sound insulation mat 

 

（I）Remove 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove front extension plate assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly" 

4.  Remove saucer cover plate assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly" 

5.  Remove front storage box assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly" 

6.  Remove auxiliary dashboard assembly    Refer to "Auxiliary dashboard assembly" 

7.  Remove driver's air bag assembly    Refer to "Driver's air bag assembly" 

8.  Remove steering wheel assembly    Refer to "Steering wheel assembly" 

9.  Remove steering column jacketing assembly    Refer to "Steering column jacketing assembly" 

10. Remove clock spring    Refer to "Clock spring" 

11. Remove combination switch assembly    Refer to "Combination switch assembly" 

12. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly    Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly" 

13. Remove lower trim panel assembly of A pillar    Refer to " Lower trim panel assembly of A pillar" 

14. Remove upper trim panel assembly of A pillar    Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of A pillar" 

15. Remove dashboard end cover    Refer to ""Dashboard end cover 

16. Remove central right side trim panel assembly    Refer to "Central right side trim panel assembly" 

17. Remove glove box assembly    Refer to "Glove box assembly" 

18. Remove A/C controller assembly    Refer to "A/C controller assembly" 

19. Remove radio panel assembly    Refer to "radio panel assembly" 

20. Remove radio assembly    Refer to "radio assembly" 

21. Remove central left side trim panel assembly    Refer to "Central left side trim panel assembly" 

22. Remove combination meter assembly    Refer to "Combination meter assembly" 

23. Remove lower guard panel assembly of driver's side    Refer to "Lower guard panel assembly of driver's side" 

24. Remove auxiliary driver's air bag assembly  Refer to "Auxiliary driver's air bag assembly" 

25. Remove dashboard assembly    Refer to "Dashboard assembly" 

26. Remove front wiper arm assembly    Refer to "Front wiper arm assembly" 

27. Remove ventilation cover plate assembly    Refer to "Ventilation cover plate assembly" 

28. Remove dashboard beam    Refer to "Dashboard beam" 

29. Remove A/C main host assembly    Refer to "A/C main host assembly" 

30. Remove electronic accelerator pedal assembly    Refer to "Electronic accelerator pedal assembly" 

31. Remove brake pedal assembly    Refer to "Brake pedal assembly" 

32. Remove clutch pedal assembly    Refer to "Clutch pedal assembly" 

33. Remove front wall sound insulation mat 

 

 

 

 

 
 

1). Remove 3 plastic nuts of two heel blocks of driver’s side, 

and take down two heel blocks; 

2). Remove 2 fixed bolts and 2 fixed nuts in both left and right 

A pillar connecting metal sheet and front wall, and take

3). Remove 11 plastic nuts connecting front wall sound 

insulation mat and front wall; 

4). Take down front wall sound insulation mat; 

 

 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 

 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install front wall sound insulation mat 

1). Place front wall sound insulation mat to installation position, 

and install 11 plastic nuts; 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2). Install 2 fixed bolts and 2 fixed nuts in both left and right A 

pillar connecting metal sheet and front wall, and take down 

connecting metal sheet; 

3). Install two heel blocks, and install 3 plastic nuts; 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2.  Install clutch pedal assembly 

3.  Install brake pedal assembly 

4.  Install electronic accelerator pedal assembly 

5.  Install A/C main host assembly 

6.  Install dashboard beam

9.  Install dashboard assembly 

10. Install front passenger’s air bag 

11. Install central cover plate assembly 

12. Install lower guard panel assembly of driver's side 

13. Install combination meter 

14. Install central left side trim panel assembly 

15. Install radio 

16. Install radio panel assembly 

17. Install A/C controller assembly 

18. Install glove box assembly 

19. Install central right side trim panel assembly 

20. Install dashboard end cover

IX、Inner Water Splitting Strip of Front Side Vehicle Door 

 

（I）Removal 

 

1.  Open engine compartment cover 

2.  Disconnect battery negative electrode 

3.  Remove front triangle window cover plate assembly    Refer to "Front triangle window cover plate assembly" 

4.  Remove front door trim panel assembly    Refer to "Front door trim panel assembly" 

5.  Remove inner water splitting strip of front side vehicle door 

1). Lift one end, and take down inner water splitting strip of 

front side vehicle door slowly; 

△Note      Please don’t force too much when removing, 

because it may cause components deformed. 

 
 

 
 
 

 

 

（II）Installation 

 

1.  Install inner water splitting strip of front side vehicle door 

1). First install one end, and then install inner water splitting 

strip of front side vehicle door in place slowly; 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2.  Install front door trim panel assembly 

3.  Install front triangle window cover plate assembly 

4.  Connect battery negative electrode 

5.  Close engine compartment cover
