Interior Trim

Interior Trim 101

（II）Installation

1. Install front door trim panel assembly

1). Connect wiring harness of window regulator device main

control switch;

2). Install opening handle wiredrawing and inner lock handle

wiredrawing in front door to inner handle assembly;

3). Place front door trim panel assembly to installation

position;

4). Tighten 8 buckles connecting front door trim panel

assembly and front door;

5). Tighten 3 fixed bolts

① of front door inclined handle and

front door;

6). Place outer panel of front door inclined handle to

installation position, and tighten buckles;

7). Tighten 2 fixed bolts of lower part of inner panel and

vehicle body;

Tighten torque

5~7N·m

8). Tighten fixed bolt of inner handle of front door;

Tighten torque

5~7N

·m

9). Install bolt cover;

2. Install front door triangle window cover plate assembly

1). Place front door triangle window cover plate to installation

position,and tighten buckles;

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine compartment cover

XV、Rear Door Handle Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear door handle panel assembly

1). Pry handle panel cover;

2). Remove fixed bolt in rear door handle panel cover;

3). Pry connection of handle panel and vehicle body interior

panel;

4). Disconnect wiring harness connector, and take down handle

panel;

（II）Installation

1. Install rear door handle panel assembly

1). Connect wiring harness connector;

2). Install rear door handle panel to vehicle door and tighten;

3). Tighten fixed bolt in handle panel cover;

4). Install rear door handle panel cover;

2. Connect battery negative electrode

3. Close engine compartment cover

XVI、Rear Door Trim Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove rear door triangle window cover plate assembly

1). Pry 3 buckles connecting rear door triangle window cover

plate and rear door;

2). Take down rear door triangle window cover plate;

4. Remove rear door trim panel assembly

1). Pry rear door inner handle cover;

2). Remove bolt in inner handle cover;

3). Pry cover in rear door handle panel;

4). Remove bolt in cover;

5). Remove fixed bolt connecting lower part of inner trim

panel and vehicle door;

6). Pry 8 buckles connecting rear door inner trim panel and

rear door;

7). Disconnect inner handle wiredrawing of rear vehicle door;

8). Disconnect vehicle door wiring harness connector;

9). Take down rear door inner trim panel;

（II）Installation

1. Install rear door trim panel assembly

1). Connect rear vehicle door wiring harness;

2). Install opening handle wiredrawing and inner lock handle

wiredrawing in rear door;

3). Place rear door inner trim panel to installation position, and

tighten buckles;

4). Tighten fixed bolt connecting lower part of inner trim panel

and vehicle door;

5). Tighten fixed bolt in inner handle of rear door;

Tighten torque

5~7N

·m

6). Install inner handle cover;

7). Install fixed bolt in rear door handle panel;

8). Install cover in handle panel;

2. Install rear door triangle window cover plate assembly

1). Place rear door triangle cover plate to installation position,

and tighten buckles;

3. Connect battery negative electrode

4. Close engine compartment cover

XVII、Tail Door Trim Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove tail door trim panel assembly

1). Remove 4 fixed bolts connecting tail door trim panel

assembly and tail door;

2). Pry 11 buckles connecting tail door trim panel and tail

door;

3). Take down tail door trim panel assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install tail door trim panel assembly

1). Tighten 11 buckles connecting tail door trim panel and tail

door;

2). Tighten 4 fixed bolts connecting tail door trim panel and

tail door;

XVIII、Handle Box Assembly of Tail Door

（I）Removal

1. Remove tail door trim panel assembly Refer to ""Tail door trim panel assembly

2. Remove handle box assembly of tail door

1). Remove fixed bolt connecting handle box assembly of tail

door and tail door metal sheet;

2). Pry connection of handle box assembly of tail door and tail

door;

3). Take down handle box assembly of tail door;

（II）Installation

1. Install handle box assembly of tail door

1). Place handle box assembly of tail door to installation

position;

2). Tighten buckles, and tighten bolt;

2. Install tail door trim panel assembly

XIX、Hatstand Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove hatstand assembly

1). Open trunk cover;

2). Disconnect connection of hatstand knot and trunk cover;

3). Disconnect connection of hatstand and upper trim panel of

C pillar;

4). Take down hatstand assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install hatstand assembly

1). Connect connection of hatstand and upper trim panel of C

pillar;

2). Connect connection of hatstand knot and trunk cover;

3). Close trunk cover;

IIX、Trunk Side Trim Panel Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove tail door threshold assembly Refer to "Tail door threshold assembly"

4. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

5. Remove rear seat cushion assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest"

6. Remove rear seat backrest assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest"

7. Remove lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

8. Remove lower trim panel assembly of C pillar Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

9. Remove upper trim panel assembly of C pillar Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of C pillar"

10. Remove trunk side trim panel assembly

1). Remove 9 buckles of trunk side trim panel;

2). Take down trunk side trim panel assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install trunk side trim panel assembly

1). Remove contact part of tail door sealing strip and trunk side

trim panel assembly, place trunk side trim panel assembly

to installation position, tighten 9 buckles connecting trunk

side trim panel assembly and vehicle body, and install tail

door sealing strip;

2. Install upper trim panel assembly of C pillar

3. Install lower trim panel assembly of C pillar

4. Install lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest

5. Install rear seat backrest assembly

6. Install rear seat cushion assembly

7. Install rear threshold guard panel assembly

8. Install tail door threshold assembly

9. Connect battery negative electrode

10. Close engine compartment cover

IIXI、Sun Visor Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove sun visor assembly

1). Rotate sun visor downward, remove 3 fixed bolts

connecting sun visor assembly and vehicle top, and take

down sun visor assembly;

（II）Installation

1. Install sun visor assembly

1). Install sun visor assembly, and tighten 3 fixed bolts;

Tighten torque

6~12N·m

IIXII、Platfond Handle Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Remove platfond handle assembly

1). Pry front/rear side fixed bolts cover of platfond handle;

2). Remove front/rear side fixed bolts of platfond handle;

3). Take down platfond handle;

（II）Installation

1. Install platfond handle assembly

1). Tighten front/rear side fixed bolt of platfond handle;

Tighten torque

6~12N

·m

2). Install front/rear side fixed bolt cover of platfond handle;

IIXIII、Platfond Assembly

（I）Removal

1. Open engine compartment cover

2. Disconnect battery negative electrode

3. Remove upper trim panel assembly of A pillar (left/right) Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of A pillar"

4. Remove front door threshold guard panel assembly (left/right) Refer to "Front door threshold guard panel assembly"

5. Remove rear threshold guard panel assembly (left/right) Refer to "Rear threshold guard panel assembly"

6. Remove lower trim panel assembly of B pillar (left/right) Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of B pillar"

7. Remove upper trim panel assembly of B pillar (left/right) Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of B pillar"

8. Remove rear seat cushion assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest"

9. Remove rear seat backrest assembly Refer to "Rear seat backrest"

10. Remove lower fixed bracket assembly of rear seat backrest(left/right) Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

11. Remove lower trim panel assembly of C pillar (left/right) Refer to "Lower trim panel assembly of C pillar"

12. Remove upper trim panel assembly of C pillar (left/right) Refer to "Upper trim panel assembly of C pillar"

13. Remove sun visor assembly (left/right) Refer to "Sun visor assembly"

14. Remove platfond handle assembly (right front/left rear/right rear) Refer to "Platfond handle assembly"

15. Remove front top light assembly Refer to "Front top light assembly"

16. Remove platfond assembly

1). Remove 2 buckles in front of platfond assembly;

2). Remove buckles in middle of platfond assembly;

3). Remove 3 buckles in rear part of platfond assembly, and

take out platfond assembly;

（II）Installation

Note

Don’t bend platfond assembly too much when installing.

Note

When installing platfond assembly, should first align sun visor holes of platfond assembly to relative holes in

vehicle body, and then install.

1. Install platfond assembly

1). Remove platfond assembly into vehicle, align buckle holes

in front part of platfond assembly to relative holes in

vehicle body, and tighten buckles;

2). Align locating hole in middle part of platfond assembly to

relative holes in vehicle body, and tighten buckle;

3). Install 3 fixed buckles in rear part of platfond assembly;
