2. Remove the three accelerator control splash shield bolts and remove the splash shield.

3. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the retaining clip.

4. Depress the accelerator cable lock tabs on the inside of the passenger compartment and push the 

accelerator cable into the engine compartment.

5. Rotate the throttle lever forward and disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body cam.
