12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

13. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Detach the 17 claws and remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille

from the front valance panel.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Attach the 17 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille to the front valance panel.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH

(a) Install the front bumper extension LH with the 4 nuts.

Torque:

5.4 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48in·lbf}

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

4. INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front license plate bracket sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

(a) for Steel Type Bumper:

(1) Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

(b) for Resin Type Bumper:

(1) Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

(2) Install the clip.

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 10 bolts.

Torque:

5.4 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48in·lbf}

(b) Install the clip.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

(a) Install the front bumper end retainer LH with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

5.4 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48in·lbf}

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the clip to install the front bumper side support LH.

(b) Install the clip.

(c) Install the screw.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front bumper No. 2 extension sub-assembly LH with the 4 nuts.

Torque:

58 N·m {591 kgf·cm, 43ft·lbf}

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 nuts.

Torque:

71 N·m {724 kgf·cm, 52ft·lbf}

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ARM LH

(a) Install the front bumper arm LH with the 3 nuts.

Torque:

58 N·m {591 kgf·cm, 43ft·lbf}

(b) Attach the clamp.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ARM RH
