INSTALLATION

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart

1. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

the front pillar LH.

(d) w/ EC Mirror:

Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL COAT HOOK

(a) Using a T20 "TORX" driver, install the coat hook with the "TORX" screw.

(b) Attach the 2 claws to install the coat hook cap.

3. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER 

4. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH 

5. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

6. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/ EC Mirror) 

7. INSTALL ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

8. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 5 clips to install the front quarter trim panel assembly LH.

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

(c) Connect the front seat outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(d) Attach the 2 claws to close the shoulder belt anchor cover.

INTERIOR: ROOF HEADLINING (for Regular Cab): INSTALLATION; ...

(e) Attach the claw to close the cover.

9. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL LOWER QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 7 clips to install the lower quarter trim panel assembly LH.

(b) Twist the front seat outer belt assembly LH clockwise and

connect it with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(c) Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.

11. INSTALL LOWER QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Attach the 9 clips to install the lower quarter trim panel assembly RH.

(b) Install the jack assembly.

(c) Install the trim cover.

INTERIOR: ROOF HEADLINING (for Regular Cab): INSTALLATION; ...

(d) Twist the front seat outer belt assembly RH counterclockwise

and connect it with the bolt.

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(e) Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.

12. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH 

13. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH 

14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT BOX RH

(a) Install the luggage compartment box RH with the 4 clips.

15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT BOX LH

(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the luggage compartment box LH.

(b) Install the 2 clips.

16. INSTALL UPPER BACK PANEL GARNISH

(a) Attach the 10 clips to install the upper back panel garnish.

17. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

18. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

19. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 

20. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

21. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Attach the 6 claws and 3 clips to install the front door scuff plate LH.

22. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

23. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

24. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

INTERIOR: ROOF HEADLINING (for Regular Cab): INSTALLATION; ...

25. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected
