(a) Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 and 2.

(b) Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.

OK:

MEASUREMENT CONDITION

SPECIFIED CONDITION

Battery positive (+) → 1
Battery negative (-) → 2

Motor gear rotates counterclockwise

Battery positive (+) → 2
Battery negative (-) → 1

Motor gear rotates clockwise

If the result is not as specified, replace the rear power window regulator motor assembly RH.

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

Torque:

5.4 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48in·lbf}

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door window regulator sub-assembly LH

(b) for CrewMax:

Install the rear door window regulator sub-assembly LH

3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door glass sub-assembly LH

(b) for CrewMax:

Install the rear door glass sub-assembly LH

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR REAR LOWER WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door rear lower window frame sub-assembly LH

Install the rear door rear lower window frame sub-assembly LH

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door glass run LH

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER LH

7. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 DOOR TRIM BRACKET

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear No. 2 door trim bracket

8. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door trim board sub-assembly LH

9. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door frame garnish LH

10. INSTALL REAR UPPER DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear upper door armrest base panel LH

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH

(a) for Double Cab:

Install the rear door inside handle bezel plug LH

12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected
