REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE FAN SHROUD

3. DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE 

4. DISCONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and disconnect the

radiator side deflector RH.

5. DISCONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and disconnect the

radiator side deflector LH.

6. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly.

(b) Slide the clamp and remove the outlet radiator hose from the

radiator assembly.

(c) Remove the radiator drain cock plug from the radiator assembly.

(d) Remove the O-ring from the radiator drain cock plug.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install a new O-ring to the radiator drain cock plug.

(b) Install the radiator drain cock plug to the radiator assembly.

(c) Install the outlet radiator hose to the radiator assembly, and

slide the clamp to secure the hose.

HINT:

(d) Set the radiator bracket hooks to the radiator support holes.

(e) Install the radiator assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

18 N·m {184 kgf·cm, 13ft·lbf}

2. CONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Install the 3 clips to connect the radiator side deflector LH.

3. CONNECT RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

(a) Install the 3 clips to connect the radiator side deflector RH.

4. CONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE 

5. INSTALL FAN SHROUD

6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
