Rear washer motor control

The ignition is turned ON.

The rear washer motor is activated when the rear washer switch is turned ON.

The rear washer motor is deactivated when the rear washer switch is turned OFF.

Priority of operation: Windshield washer switch > Rear washer switch.

AUTO washer switch coupled wiper operation

The wiper AUTO switch is in the OFF position with IGN ON

When the AUTO washer switch is turned ON for 0.1 seconds or more (T1), the windshield washer 

motor is activated for 2 seconds (T2).

The windshield wiper LO relay is operated 4 times (T5) 0.5 seconds (T4) after the windshield washer 

motor has been activated. 

And then the windshield wiper LO relay is deactivated 3 times (T6) of operation while the windshield 

washer motor is activated for 1.5 seconds (T3).

Operation 1.

The input from the AUTO washer switch during the washer coupled wiper operation is overridden.

The input from the AUTO washer switch during the AUTO washer coupled wiper operation is 

ignored.

The input from the AUTO washer switch during the speed sensitive intermittent wiper operation is 

ignored.

When the signal from the intermittent wiper switch is received during the AUTO washer operation, 

the AUTO washer doesn't operate any longer and the intermittent wiper operation will be performed.

The input from the washer switch during the AUTO washer operation is ignored.
