POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

1.

CHECK FUSE

Make sure the following fuses of the display control unit are not blown.

Are fuses OK?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of blown fuse before installing new fuse.

2.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1. Disconnect display control unit connector M94. 

2. Check voltage between connector terminals and ground as fol-

lows.

Are voltage readings as specified?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> Check harness for open between display control unit and fuse.

3.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Check continuity between the following display control unit connec-

tor terminals and ground.

Is continuity present?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

Are the fuses OK?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.

2.

POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Disconnect AV switch connector M98. 

2. Check voltage between the AV switch connector M98 and

ground.

Are the voltage results as specified?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> • Check connector housings for disconnected or loose terminals.

• Repair harness or connector.

3.

GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Check continuity between AV switch harness connector M98

and ground.

Are the continuity results as specified?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Repair harness or ground.

SATELLITE RADIO TUNER

CHECK FUSES

Check that the following fuses of the satellite radio tuner (factory installed) are not blown.

Are the fuses OK?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.

POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Disconnect satellite radio tuner (factory installed) connector M41. 

3. Check voltage between the satellite radio tuner (factory installed) and ground.

Are the voltage readings as specified?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> • Check connector housings for disconnected or loose

terminals.

• Repair harness or connector.

GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK

Inspect satellite radio tuner (factory installed) case ground.
Does case ground pass inspection?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Repair satellite radio tuner (factory installed) case ground.

DVD PLAYER
DVD PLAYER : Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

Check that the following fuses for the DVD player are not blown.

Is the fuse OK?

YES

>> GO TO 2.

NO

>> If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.

2.

POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Disconnect DVD player connector M205. 

2. Check voltage between the DVD player connector M205 and

ground.

Are the voltage results as specified?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Check continuity between DVD player harness connector M206

terminal 22 and ground.

Are the continuity results as specified?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Repair DVD player ground.

VIDEO MONITOR
VIDEO MONITOR : Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1. Turn ignition switch to ACC.

2. Check voltage between video monitor harness connector R202

and ground.

Does specified voltage exist?

YES

>> GO TO 3.

NO

>> GO TO 2.

2.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Disconnect the video monitor connector R202 and the DVD

player connector M206.

3. Check continuity between the video monitor harness connector

R202 (A) and the DVD player connector M206 (B).

4. Check continuity between video monitor harness connector R202 (A) and ground.

Are continuity test results as specified?
