DOOR MIRROR REMOTE CONTROL SWITCH

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 5

NO

>> GO TO 2

2.

 CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Disconnect automatic drive positioner control unit and door mirror remote control switch.

3. Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit connector and door mirror remote control

switch connector.

4. Check continuity between automatic drive positioner control unit connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

tor and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 4

NO

>> Repair or replace harness.

 CHECK MIRROR SWITCH

Check mirror switch.

Refer to 

ADP-69, "MIRROR SWITCH : Component Inspection"

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Refer to 

GI-41, "Intermittent Incident"

.

NO

>> Replace door mirror remote control switch. Refer to 

IP-10, "Exploded View"

.

5.

 CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Check intermittent incident.

Refer to 

GI-41, "Intermittent Incident"

.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Replace automatic drive positioner control unit. Refer to 

ADP-170, "Removal and Installation"

.

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

 CHECK POWER SEAT SWITCH LH GROUND CIRCUIT

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Disconnect power seat switch LH.

3. Check continuity between power seat switch LH connector and

ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Check intermittent incident. Refer to 

GI-41, "Intermittent

Incident"

>> Repair or replace harness.

 CHECK ADP STEERING SWITCH (TILT & TELESCOPIC SWITCH) GROUND CIRCUIT

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.

2. Disconnect ADP steering switch (tilt & telescopic switch).

3. Check continuity between ADP steering switch (tilt & telescopic

switch) and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Check intermittent incident. Refer to
