• When decelerating, (engine speed at least 1,000 rpm),

does ISC servo position drop to 0 ~ 2 step?

Check throttle body for dirt (throttle valve area)

Confirm fault symptoms

Replace engine ECU

After engine has warmed up, run in idling mode for about
10 minutes
