CAUTION

• Handle halogen lamp with care. The gas inside halogen 

lamp bulb is highly pressurised, so dropping, knock-
ing, or scratching a halogen lamp bulb can cause it to 
shatter.

•  Never hold the halogen lamp bulb with a bare hand, 

dirty glove, etc. The oil from your hand  could cause the 
bulb to break the next time the headlamps are operated. 
If the glass surface is dirty, it must be cleaned with 
alcohol, paint thinner, etc., and refit it after drying it 
thoroughly.

Position/Park Lamp Bulb

1. Turn the cap (A) anticlockwise and remove it.

2. Pull out the socket. Remove the bulb from the socket by 

pulling it out

3. When replacing bulb, push bulb into socket then push in 

socket to headlamp.

4. Install cap (A) by twisting it clockwise.

Front turn-signal lamps

1. Turn the bulb socket anticlockwise to remove it. Remove the 

bulb from the socket by turning it anticlockwise while 
pressing in.

2. When replacing bulb, turn clockwise while pushing in socket. 

Turn socket clockwise to fit to headlamp.

Side turn-signal lamps

1. Remove the lamp housing by levering it towards the front of 

the vehicle.

2. Remove the socket and bulb assembly together by turning it 

anticlockwise, and then remove the bulb by pulling it out.

3. Replace bulb by pushing into socket, then turning socket 

clockwise in lamp.
