STEP 5. Check the wiring harness between C-169
multivision display connector terminal No.25 and
earth.
• Check the earth wires for open circuit.
NOTE:
Prior to the wiring harness inspection, joint connector
C-120, and repair if necessary.
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES :
The trouble can be an intermittent
malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00, How to
use Troubleshooting/inspection Service
Points, How to Cope with Intermittent
Malfunction ).
NO :
Repair the wiring harness.
STEP 6. Resistance measurement at C-167
multivision display connector.
(1) Disconnect C-167 multivision display connector,
and measure the resistance available at the
wiring harness side of the connector.
(2) Measure the resistance between C-167
multivision display connector terminal 55 and
earth.
OK: Continuity exists (2
Ω or less)
Q: Is the check result normal?
YES :
Go to Step 8.
NO :
Go to Step 7.
