Bumper face

Use a drill (

φ 4.0 mm) to make a hole in the rivet to 

break it, and remove the rivet.

Rivet tool

Use a rivet tool shown in the illustration to connect 
the parts with rivets by the following procedures.
1. Insert rivet into the front bumper side bracket and 

front bumper face.

2. Place the rivet tool over portion C of rivet.
3. While pushing the flange surface of the rivet onto 

parts to be fixed with the rivet tool, press the 
handle of the tool.

4. Thin part of portion C of the rivet will cut off and 

the rivet is fixed in position.

Remove the rear fog lamp connector on rear end 
outer sill before removing the rear corner bumper.
