incorrect diagnosis code may be set. Diagnose
the CAN bus lines before the diagnosis codes
(Refer to GROUP 54C

Table ).
OPERATION
ASTC-ECU monitors the fluid pressure in the
hydraulic unit using the incorporated pressure sen-
sor, and adjusts the fluid pressure for the ASC or
ATC drive based on this data.

DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITION
This diagnosis code is set when the vehicle speed is
10 km/h or more and the output value of the pressure
sensor is more than the specified value.

PROBABLE CAUSES
The most likely causes for these diagnosis codes to
set are:

• Damaged wiring harness or connector

• Malfunction of the hydraulic unit assembly (inte-

grated with ASTC-ECU)

incorrect diagnosis code may be set. Diagnose
the CAN bus lines before the diagnosis codes
(Refer to GROUP 54C

 CAN Bus Diagnostics

OPERATION
The G and yaw rate sensor detects longitudinal
acceleration, lateral acceleration, and yaw rate for
the vehicle, and sends them to ASTC-ECU via the
CAN bus line.

DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITION
This diagnosis code is set when the vehicle is driven
under special conditions (laterally inclined road, etc).
NOTE: The ASTC indicator lamp turns off when the
ignition switch is in the OFF position, or by the nor-
mal driving at the vehicle speed of 10 km/h or more.

Code No. C1371:  Yaw rate sensor (output error, oscillation error, zero-point error)
