5. Position and adjust the special tool front height adjuster.

Right-hand shown, left-hand similar.

6. Position and adjust the special tool engine height adjusters.

7. Detach the support bar.

8. Remove the support bar.

9. Detach the starter motor solenoid cover.

10. Disconnect the starter motor electrical connector.

11. Disconnect the starter motor solenoid electrical connector.

12. Remove the starter motor rear retaining bolt.

13. Remove the starter motor.

1. Remove the starter motor front retaining bolt.

2. Remove the starter motor.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Tighten to 35 Nm.

2. Tighten to 35 Nm.

3. Tighten to 6 Nm.

4. Tighten to 12 Nm.

5. Tighten to 133 Nm.

6. Tighten to 25 Nm.
