REMOVAL

1.

Remove trunk room trim. Refer to 

EI-60, "TRUNK ROOM TRIM & TRUNK LID FINISHER"

 .

2.

Remove rear combination lamp assembly. Refer to 

LT-116, "REAR COMBINATION LAMP"

 .

3.

Remove rear wheelhouse protector clips and bolts. (LH/RH) 

4.

Remove bumper fascia screws from both rear fender (LH/RH).

5.

Remove clips from bumper fascia lower side.   

6.

Remove bumper fascia nuts and bolts from trunk room.

7.

Remove bolts and grommets from bumper fascia upper side.

8.

Pull out center of bumper fascia, and disconnect bumper fascia
from bumper clips.

9.

Remove bumper fascia assembly. 

CAUTION:

When removing bumper fascia, 2 workers are required so as to prevent it from dropping.

10. Remove bumper molding (LH/RH).

11. Remove bumper energy absorber.

12. Remove bumper reinforcement nuts, and remove bumper reinforcement assembly.
13. Remove bumper stay nuts, and remove bumper stay assembly

(LH/RH).

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
After installing, perform fitting adjustment.

Removal of Bumper Side Brackets

Shave head of rivet with drill [4.0 to 4.5 mm (0.16 to 0.18 in) dia.]

Installation of Bumper Side Brackets

Install bracket to fascia firmly with hand riveter.

Removal and Installation

CAUTION:

Apply protection tape around outer circumference of front grille (bumper fascia side).

REMOVAL

1.

Apply protection tapes around outer circumference of front grille (bumper fascia side). 

2.

Remove clips on upper side of grille. 

3.

Push down tips of four turn fasteners from rear side of grille. Pull out grille. Disconnect turn fasteners and
remove grille. 

INSTALLATION

 Install in the reverse order of removal.

Removal & Installation

HOOD TOP MOLDING
Removal

1.

Open hood fully.

2.

Remove nuts of hood top molding.

3.

Disengage clips, and remove hood top molding assembly.

Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Note that hood might be distorted when nuts is tightened too much.
