Removal 

1. Remove the engine cooling fan and fan shroud. For additional information, refer to 

ENGINE COOLING - F150 PICKUP .  

2. Remove the drive belt (8620). For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE 

- F150 PICKUP .  

3. Remove and discard the crankshaft pulley bolt.

4. Use the special tool to remove the crankshaft pulley.
