48. Install the instrument panel relay cover.

49. Remove the restraint system diagnostic tool from the vehicle harness side of the clockspring electrical 

connector at the base of the steering column.

50. Connect the clockspring electrical connector at the base of the steering column.

51. Install the lower instrument panel steering column cover. 

1. Position the cover.  

2. Install the six bolts.  

3. Connect the hood release lever. Install the two bolts.  

4. Connect the parking brake release lever. Install the two bolts.
