Removal 

1. Position the mirror glass to obtain a gap at the lower inboard edge of the mirror assembly.

2. Disengage the power mirror motor jackscrews from the mirror backing plate.

3. Remove the mirror glass by grasping the outboard edge of the glass and separate it from the mirror 

housing.

If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector. 

WARNING:

Place a shop towel between the mirror glass and the hand to avoid 
personal injury in the instance of glass breakage.
