6. Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft pulley (6B321).

Installation 

1. Apply a bead of silicone gasket and sealant to the keyway in the crankshaft damper and use 

the special tool to install the crankshaft damper.

2. Install the bolt.

3. Lower the vehicle.  

4. Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, 

MOUNTING AND CABLES - F150 PICKUP .  

5. Install the fan blade assembly. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .  

6. Install the drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE - F150 

PICKUP .
