*LEFT LOW BEAM HEADLAMP INOPERATIVE (CONTINUED) POSSIBLE CAUSES FUSED B(+) CIRCUIT OPEN GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN LEFT LOW BEAM HEADLAMP BULB For a complete Exterior Lamps Circuit Diagram, (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/LAMPS/LIGHTING - EXTERIOR - Diagnostic Test 1. INSPECT THE LEFT LOW BEAM HEADLAMP BULB Note: Inspect Fuse 8 located in the Illumination Control Module/IP Fuse Block. If the fuse is open, repair the Remove the Left Low Beam Headlamp bulb and inspect for an open filament. Is the Bulb filament open? Yes >> Replace the Left Low Beam Headlamp bulb. (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/LAMPS/LIGHTING - EXTERI- OR/HEADLAMP - REMOVAL). Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST. No >> Go to 2 2. MEASURE FUSED B(+) CIRCUIT RESISTANCE Disconnect the Left Front Lamp Assembly harness connector. Disconnect the Illumination Control Module harness connector. Note: Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary. Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms? Yes >> Go to 3 No >> Repair the Fused B(+) circuit for an open between the Left Front Lamp Assembly and the Illumination Control Module. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST.
