4. Tighten the intake manifold bolts/nuts in the sequence shown.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts/nuts to 21 N.m (15 lb ft).
5. Install the right fuel rail. Refer to Fuel Rail Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Right Side .
6. Install the center intake manifold. Refer to Center Intake Manifold Replacement.

1. Remove the fan and clutch assembly. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement
(Non-HP2) .
2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
3. Remove the upper oil fill tube bolt (1).

4. Remove the oil filler tube bracket bolts.
5. Remove the oil fill tube bracket.
