REAR SIDE DOOR CONDUIT REPLACEMENT

Preliminary Procedure:  
Remove the hinge pillar insulator cover. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .

Electrical Connector 

Procedure 

1. Mark the location and the color of the wires to the electrical socket before removing 

the wires.  

2. Disconnect the door wiring harness electrical connector from the body harness.  

3. Remove the wiring harness wiring one at a time from the conduit.  

4. Remove the wiring harness from the rubber conduit.

FRONT SIDE DOOR REPLACEMENT

Open the rear door to the full open position.

Rear Side Door Hinge Cover 
Procedure:  
Pull rearward on the hinge cover to release the 12 integral retainers.

Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt (Qty: 2) 

Procedure 

1. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.  

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.  

3. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door.  

Tighten: 25 N.m (18 lb ft) 

NOTE:

Refer to Fastener Notice .
