Manual brake: Check its stroke, adjust if necessary

Brake friction lining: Check thickness

Vehicle bottom protector: Visual check to see if it is damaged

Safety belt: Check to see if it is damaged.

Teo-in value, Camber angle: Check, and adjust if necessary

Ball stud: Check clearance

Rear camshaft rubber hinge: Check to see if it is damaged

Engine oil pan bolt: Check to see if it is loose, and then tighten it if necessary

Control arm rubber cap: Check to see if it is damaged

★

Braking line: Check to see if it is ageing or damaged

★

Braking hard pipe: Check to prevent from damage, corrosion or joint leakage

★

Joints for fuel system: Check to prevent from ageing, damage or abnormal loose or abrasion

★

Tire (including spare tire): Check the tread pattern depth, then adjust the tire pressure, and
finally check the tire bolt full-load torque

Change the position of tires

Joint bolt for chassis and vehicle body: Check to see if it is loose, and then tighten it if
necessary

Notice: For manual transmission, the transmission gear oil shall be replaced every one-year or 30000km mileage. Braking
