Please do not exceed a

when using snow chain.

Remove the snow chain

When the snow chain is in service, the

system can solve the problem.

To avoid damaging the full-diameter
round cover, disassemble it before
install the snow chain.

Install the round cover back
immediately after disassemble the snow
chain.

Drive Belts

Drive belt is one of the parts subject to
the most severe stress. Therefore, the
belt must be of high quality and reliable
to meet operational needs.

When replacing the belt, it cannot meet
the need if using  belts with the same
dimension.   For  the   sake   of  security,
please  ONLY  use Chery  original belts.
Suitable  belts  are   always   available   in
Chery Authorized Service Stations.

Tension Check for Drive
Belts

Notice:

Belt may extend after a period of usage
and the belt will get loose when the
extension reaches certain level, which
will result in malfunction and damage to

the vehicle. Therefore, the tension must
be checked after driving 1000km.

Inspection procedures

Switch off the ignition and take off
the key.

Press the middle part of the belt
with thumb (approx.100N) to test
the flexibility.

Max flexibility: 10mm.

If the flexibility exceeds the  limit,
please   go   to   Chery   Authorized
Service   Station   for   adjustment
immediately.

Vehicle Cleaning

Do not dump the cleaning materials into
living garbage. And please use qualified
local waste treatment facilities.

ONLY choose the vehicle
cleaning area that will not

damage

the ecological drainage

system. And clean water is the most
important factor to protect the vehicle
finish.

ONLY use cold or slightly warm
water to clean your car.

Automatic Car Washer

The best car washing system employs
brushless facilities. While strong fluid
may be sprayed into the vehicle if using
car-washing system with high-pressure

washer.

Before

enter the

automatic car washer,

please switch off the heating
blower.

Manual Cleaning

If use car shampoo, please wash and
rinse the car using enough water. Wipe
the car with dry cloth.

After cleaning the car,
please apply the brakes
slightly to eliminate the

moisture on the brake discs
during driving.

Headlamp cleaning

To avoid damaging the plastic covers,
do not use corrosive abrasives or
strong solvent. Do not wipe it when the

cover is dry nor use keen-edged objects
to clean the cover.

Rear Window Cleaning

To   avoid   damaging   the   heating   parts
and radio antenna, ONLY use soft cloth
for  cleaning.   Do   not   use   solvent   or
keen-edged  objects   to   clean   the
window.

Chassis Anti-corrosion

The chassis has been treated by anti-

corrosion process.  Regularly  check the
protection  condition,  and  go   to  Chery
Authorized Service Station  for  repair if
necessary.

Wheel Cleaning

According   to   the   traveling  distance,
clean the wheel once a week to avoid
dirt  accumulation  in  the brake. Please
use  wheel  shampoo,   warm  water  and
soft   sponge.   Do   not   use  abrasive
materials to prevent damage on special
processed surface.

Cleaners

To achieve best effect, please properly
use cleaners for your vehicle.

Paint Peered-off

Treatment

Go to Chery Authorized Service Station

for handling the paint scratch caused by
rocks and gravels on the road.

To ensure the paint durable,

remove anything that is harmful
to the paint immediately, e.g.,

bird droppings, tree excretions,
dead insects, tar spots, salt for

removing snow on road or
industrial droppings.

Finish Protection

Wax your vehicle once or twice  a  year
to keep  finish  smooth. Even tiny water
drops  shall  also   be   wiped   off
immediately.

When polishing the vehicle, do

not let the polish contact the
plastic surface. Otherwise it will

be hard to erase. Additionally, do
not polish the vehicle under

strong sunlight.

Leather fabric caring

ONLY use proper cleaning
material or agent to clean leather
fabrics.

Clean the leather with wet cotton cloth
and  tower,  and   dry  it  with   clean   soft
cloth.  Extremely  dirty  surface  can  be
cleaned  by neutral agent,  for example,
soap solvent.

During normal application, it is
recommended to care the leather with
proper agent per six months.

Do not make the leather over wet and
especially prevent water entering into
the seams.

Please drive your car to Chery Authorized Service Station for maintenance according to specified mileage.

Check the hinge and latch of engine hood: Lubricate

Door hinge and door regulator: Lubricate
