Back light bulb

1.

Open   the   tail   door.   From   the
interior of luggage boot, release
the   revolution   clip   of   back   light
assembly cap. Pull out the  light
assembly slightly. 

2.

Screw   off   the   lamp   receptacle
according to the inverse direction
of the locking direction indicated
on the lamp receptacle, and then

draw out the bulb socket. 

3.

Use the slight pressure to press
and

 

turn

 

the

 

bulb

counterclockwise, and then draw
out the bulb. Replace the bulb.

4.

Install   a   bulb   according   to   the
reverse sequence. 

5.

Check   the   light/lamp   is   work
normally   after  the  completion  of
installation.

Brake light bulb

1.

Open the tail door. Remove two
crosshead screws and the cover
plate. Disconnect the cable joint
and take out  the  light assembly.
Pull   out   the   cover   plate.   And
draw out the bulb and replace it. 

2.

Install it according to the reverse
sequence. 

License light bulb

The   installation   site:   the   light   is
installed under the protective plate of
license light.

1.

Remove the tapping screws used
to fix the license light, and take
off the license light.

2.

Pull out the lamp receptacle, and
draw out the disable bulb.

3.

Install   a   new   into   the   lamp
receptacle,   and   then   install   the
receptacle.

4.

Use the tapping screws to fix the
license light.

Interior   front/rear   ceiling
light bulb

1.

Switch off the interior lights.

2.

Insert   the   screwdriver   into   the
space between the lamp housing
and the lamp shade, and pry out
the lamp shade carefully.

3.

Replace the bulb, and install  the
reflector.

4.

Install   the   lamp   shade   into   the
mounting   hole   of   the   lamp
housing again.

Sun   visor’s   dressing
mirror light:

The light is situated in the back of sun
visor.

Pry out the glass block. And replace
the bulb.

Luggage boot light bulb

The   installation   site:   the   light   is
installed on the faceshield of left back
loudspeaker.

1.

Squeeze the A position by hand
from   the   back   of   the   light,   get
across   the   convex   step   of   the
light fitting and then remove the
luggage boot light.

2.

Replace the bulb.

3.

Install   the   new   bulb   into   the
mounting hole on the faceshield
of loudspeaker.

Adjust the headlamp beam

The   right   adjustment   of   headlamp
beam is directly referred to the driving
security. Thus, the special instruments
are allowable only to adjust the beam.
Please   attention   to   the   laws   and
regulations when adjusting.

The   position   of   headlamp   shall   be
suitable   for   the   load   state   of   the
vehicle.

4.

The   adjusting   screws   for   the

headlamp are shown in the figure
above.   The   adjusting   screws   of
left/right headlamp are arranged
symmetrically,   which   their
adjustment   methods   are   the
same as each other.

Fuse and relay

The  ignition  switch  and
all  electrical  equipment

shall   be   turned   off   before   the
fuse and relay are replaced.

Replace the disable fuse with a new
fuse  with  the same  rated  value. The
position of the fuse box including the
main  fuse  and relay  is  shown in  the
figure below.

Replacing   the   relay   requires   the
related professional knowledge.

It is recommended that multiple spare
fuses shall be carried with your vehicle
for emergency use.

The Chery Authorized Service Station
has various kinds of fuses.

The brownout fuse can be identified in
term of the fuse broken. All fuses are
the push-type.

unauthorized

change   on   the   vehicle

electrical or fuel system can be
able   to   make   influence   on   the
performance of  vehicle  and may
result a fire disaster or hazard on
security. So, it is recommended
that any work related to removal
of   fuel   or   electrical   system   or
replacement   of   relay   is
implemented   by  the  Chery
