Go to TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION. 

NO  

Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and 
ECM memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, 
corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to 
"VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR" procedure. 

TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION 

Refer to DTC B2119. 

POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT INSPECTION 

1. Check open in ground circuit 

1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF".  

2. Measure the resistance between Right turn signal lamp power circuit of FAM (BCM-FE-39) and 

turn lamp (E25-1). 

Specification: 0 ohms

3. Is the measured resistance within the specification?

Go to "GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION". 

NO  

Repair open to ground in power circuit and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR". 

GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION 

1. Check open in ground circuit. 

1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF".  

2. Measure the resistance between Right turn signal lamp ground circuit (E25-3) and chassis ground. 

Specification: 0 ohms

3. Is the measured resistance within the specification? 

YES  

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION". 

NO  

Repair open to ground in power circuit and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR".

GENERAL DESCRIPTION 

Refer to DTC B2535. 

DTC DESCRIPTION 

The ECM sets DTC B2537 if short to ground in Right turn signal lamp circuit is detected. 

DTC DETECTING CONDITION 

Refer to DTC B2543. 

MONITOR DTC STATUS 

1. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC).  

2. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF" & FAM: "ON".  

3. Select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)"mode and monitor "DTC Status" parameter.

4. Is the DTC B2539 present? 

YES  

Go to TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR INSPECTION. 

NO
