Moving parts of compressor are lubricated by oil splashed or contained in coolant: cooling oil will be splashed all around by rotating swashplate when compressor is working. In addition, the intersolubility between coolant and oil allows coolant to carry some cooling oil when flowing into compressor to lubricate interior moving parts. Installation of Compressor Fix compressor onto bracket with two bolts (M10*110), tightening torque: 45±5N·m.
(II). Condenser Condenser works to cool and condense the coolant vapor exhausted by compressor to release the heat and liquefy the coolant. Installation of Condenser Fix condenser on water tank with two tapping screws, and fit corresponding bush and washer on screws, tightening torque: 6±0.6N·m; Fix condenser bracket on front cross beam with three bolts (M6) and washers, tightening torque: 1.5±0.15N·m; Fit the assembled condenser and radiator on corresponding fixing holes; Fit rubber washers and cushion blocks, and fix condenser on front cross beam with two nuts, tightening torque: 1.5±0.15N·m.
Chery A15 car uses Serpentine condenser, as the figure shows. Condenser and engine radiator are fixed side by side, and an axial fan driven by a DC motor is installed behind for forced cooling purpose of condenser and radiator.
