Transmission with Threaded Insert (for Example “Heli Coil”) for

Attaching the Pendulum Support

There are threaded inserts (for example “Heli Coil”) in the pen‐

dulum support fastening holes.

Identified by: collar on the first thread -arrow-.

Make sure to use the appropriate bolts and observe the tight‐

ening specification. Refer to ⇒  Engine Mechanical, Fuel In‐

jection and Ignition; Rep. Gr.  10 ; Subframe Mount; Overview

- Subframe Mount ..

Install the Left Subframe Mount as Follows:
– Replace all the bolts -1 and 2-.
– Install the new bolt first hand-tight.
– Install the bolts -1- in the transmission bracket -A-.
– Pry the transmission bracket -A- into the seat using a screw‐

driver while tightening the bolts -2-.
