– Lift the instrument panel -1- until the left and right guide tabs

-arrow B- are free.

– At the same time, remove the instrument panel -1- from the

mounts -2- in the windshield transition area -arrow A-.

Note

A second technician is needed to remove the instrument panel.

– Remove the instrument panel -1- from the instrument panel

central tube -2-.

– Disconnect the connector and free up the wiring harness from

the instrument panel.

– Carefully remove the instrument panel from the vehicle interior

and lay it on a soft surface.

Installing

Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.

Follow the bolt sequence for securing the instrument panel in

the reverse order.

Install in reverse order of removal while paying attention to the

following:

– Make sure that the mounts -1- are secured inside the body

-2- before installing the instrument panel.

– Position the instrument panel -1- precisely on the instrument

panel central tube -2- with the help of a second technician.
