REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH and fold up the

seat cushion.

(b) Loosen the bolt.

(c) Detach the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH.

2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH and fold up

the seat cushion.

SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax): ...

(b) Loosen the bolt.

(c) Detach the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly RH.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH and fold up

the seat cushion.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and rear seat assembly RH.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(c) Remove the bolt.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the guide.

(b) Tighten the bolt to install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH.

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(c) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle LH and fold down

the seat cushion.

2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Attach the guide.

(b) Tighten the bolt to install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly RH.

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(c) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH and fold down

the seat cushion.

3. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for CrewMax): ...

(a) Pass the rear seat inner belt assembly through the rubber band

Torque:

42 N·m {428 kgf·cm, 31ft·lbf}

(d) Pull the No. 1 reclining adjuster release handle RH and fold down

the seat cushion.
