Diagnosis Procedure

 CHECK POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH RH

Check power window and door lock/unlock switch RH.

Refer to 

PWC-19, "FRONT POWER WINDOW SWITCH : Component Function Check"

.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 2

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

2.

 CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH

Check main power window and door lock/unlock switch.

Refer to 

PWC-14, "POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH (CREW CAB) : Component Inspection"

 or 

PWC-18,

"POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH (KING CAB) : Component Inspection"

.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3

NO

>> Replace main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to 

PWC-72, "Removal and Instal-

lation"

.

3.

 CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW MOTOR RH CIRCUIT

Check front power window motor RH circuit.

Refer to 

PWC-25, "PASSENGER SIDE : Component Function Check"

.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Check intermittent incident. Refer to 

GI-42, "Intermittent Incident"

.

Check rear power window switch LH.

Refer to 

PWC-20, "REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH : Component Function Check"

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 2

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

2.

 CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH

Check main power window and door lock/unlock switch.

Refer to 

PWC-14, "POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH (CREW CAB) : Component Inspection"

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3

NO

>> Replace main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to 

PWC-72, "Removal and Instal-

lation"

 CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW MOTOR LH

Check rear power window motor LH.

Refer to 

PWC-27, "REAR LH : Component Function Check"

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Inspection End.

NO

>> Check intermittent incident. Refer to 

GI-42, "Intermittent Incident"

YES

NO

>> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

 CHECK MAIN POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH

Check main power window and door lock/unlock switch.

Refer to

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3

NO

>> Replace main power window and door lock/unlock switch. Refer to

 CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW MOTOR RH

Check rear power window motor RH.

Refer to 

PWC-28, "REAR RH : Component Function Check"

Is the inspection result normal?

YES
