Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Refer to 

PG-72, "Removal and Installation"

.

2. Remove starter cover bolts and starter cover.
3. Disconnect terminal "S" harness connector and remove terminal

"B" nut.

4. Remove the two starter bolts using power tools.
5. Remove the starter motor.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
