CHECK REMOTE CONTROLLER BATTERY

Remove battery (refer to EL-339) and measure voltage across battery positive and negative terminals, (+) and (−) with
using 300

Ω

resistor as shown in figure.

Voltage [V]:

2.5 - 3.0

NOTE:
Remote controller does not function if battery is not set correctly.

Check remote controller battery terminals for corrosion or damage.

Replace battery.

1. Disconnected time control unit harness connector.
2. Check voltage between smart entrance control unit terminal 29 (Y/G) and ground.

Check the following at when push the remote controller switch.
Check voltage between smart entrance control unit harness connector M101 terminal 63 (G/Y), 64 (G/B) and ground.

Check if the interior room lamp switch is in the “ON” position and the lamp illuminates.

CHECK INTERIOR ROOM LAMP OPERATION

Push unlock button of multi-remote controller with all doors closed and driver’s door locked, and check voltage between
smart entrance control unit harness connector M100 terminal 28 (R/Y) and ground.
