CHATTERING CHECK MODE
Inserting a CD during the speaker connection check mode shifts
the  mode  to  the  chattering  check  mode,  and  the  chattering
sound of each speaker can be checked.

1.

As with the speaker connection check mode, press the [CH6]
button  to  switch  the  output  speaker  of  the  chattering  check
sound.

2.

Check  that  the  chattering  sound  is  output  from  the  output
speaker of chattering check sound.

Before  removing  the  air  bag  module,  refer  to
GROUP  52B,  Service  Precautions  (  P.52B-28
)
and  Air  Bag  Module  and  Clock  Spring  (  P.
52B-329).

When  removing  and  installing  the  steering
wheel,  do  not  let  it  bump  against  the  air  bag
module.
