Use special tools MB990929 and MB990938 to install the oil 
seal.

>>B<<SEALING CAP INSTALLATION
1. Press into the dimensions shown in the illustration so that it 

is not slanted.

2. Apply the sealant (3M

AAD part number 8672 or 

equivalent) as shown in the illustration.

>>C<<PARKING SPRAG SPRING INSTALLATION
Attach the end of the spring to the position shown in the illustra-
tion.
