Step 4. Check the wiring harness from B-132 
ETACS-ECU connector terminal Nos.22 and 23 to 
D-08 front door lock actuator (RH) connector 
terminal Nos. 6 and 4.

NOTE: 

Prior to the wiring harness inspection, check interme-
diate connector B-21, and repair if necessary.

• Check the input and output lines for open circuit.

Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : 

The trouble can be an intermittent 

malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00

NO : 

Repair the wiring harness.

Step 5. Check the front door lock actuator (LH)
Check that the front door lock actuator (LH) works 
normally. Refer to GROUP 42

Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : 

Go to Step 6.

NO : 

Replace the front door lock actuator (LH).

Step 6. Connector check: B-132 ETACS-ECU 
connector, D-17 front door lock actuator (LH) 
connector

Q: Is the check result normal?

YES : 

Go to Step 7.

NO : 

Repair the defective connector.

D-17 front door lock actuator (LH) connector 
terminal Nos. 6 and 4.

NOTE: 

Prior to the wiring harness inspection, check interme-
diate connector B-42, and repair if necessary.

• Check the input and output lines for open circuit.

YES :

repair if necessary.
