DAS DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR WORK FLOW DAS-125 < BASIC INSPECTION > [DCA] C D E F G H I J K L M B N P A NOTE: >> GO TO 2. 2. SELF-DIAGNOSIS WITH CONSULT-III 1. Perform “All DTC Reading” with CONSULT-III. 2. Check if the DTC is detected on the self-diagnosis results of “ICC/ADAS” and/or “ACCELE PEDAL ACT”. Is any DTC detected? YES >> GO TO 5. NO >> GO TO 3. 3. ACTION TEST Perform DCA system action test to check the operation status. Refer to . Check if any other malfunctions occur. >> GO TO 4. 4. SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS Perform the applicable diagnosis according to the diagnosis chart by symptom. Refer to . >> GO TO 6. 5. TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS BY DTC 1. Check the DTC in the self-diagnosis results. 2. Perform trouble diagnosis for the detected DTC. Refer to (ICC/ADAS) and/or (ACCELE PEDAL ACT). NOTE: >> GO TO 6. 6. MALFUNCTIONING PART REPAIR Repair or replace the identified malfunctioning parts. >> GO TO 7. 7. REPAIR CHECK (SELF-DIAGNOSIS WITH CONSULT-III) 1. Erases self-diagnosis results. 2. Perform “All DTC Reading” again after repairing or replacing the specific items. 3. Check if any DTC is detected in self-diagnosis results of “ICC/ADAS” and “ACCELE PEDAL ACT”. Is any DTC detected? YES >> GO TO 5. NO >> GO TO 8. 8. REPAIR CHECK (ACTION TEST) Perform the DCA system action test. Check that the malfunction symptom is solved or no other symptoms Is there a malfunction symptom? YES >> GO TO 4. NO >> INSPECTION END |
