2003 Ford Pickup F150 

2003 ENGINE Engine - 4.6L & 5.4L - F150 Pickup

  

1. Position the oil filter adapter and install the four bolts.  

2. Position the lower radiator hose on the oil filter adapter and secure the hose clamp.

3. Install a new oil filter.

4. Install the oil pressure switch.

5. Connect the oil pressure switch electrical connector.
