2. Install the gearshift lever. 

1. Position the gearshift lever.  

2. Install the bolt.

3. Install the screws.

All Vehicles 

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING 

AND CABLES - F150 PICKUP .  

2. Remove the four screws and pull the gearshift lever upward.
