6. Disconnect the suction accumulator/drier spring lock coupling from the A/C evaporator core (19860). 

Refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM .

Discard the O-ring seals.

7. Remove the suction accumulator.

8. Remove the A/C cycling switch (19E561) from the top of the suction accumulator (19C836).

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure. 

z

Install new O-rings lubricated in clean PAG oil.  

z

Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. Refer to CLIMATE 
CONTROL SYSTEM .  

10. Evacuate, charge and leak test the refrigerant system. Refer to CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM .
