2003 ENGINE PERFORMANCE Removal & Installation - Blackwood, Expedition, F150 Pickup & Navigator - Gasoline

Removal & Installation (4.6L) 

Remove appearance cover and bracket, if equipped. Remove the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor. See 
DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE FEEDBACK EGR SENSOR under SENSORS & SWITCHES. Disconnect 
the upper and lower EGR valve tube fittings. See Fig. 152 . Remove the EGR valve tube. To install, reverse the 
removal procedure.

Removal & Installation (5.4L Expedition & F150) 

Disconnect the upper and lower EGR valve tube nuts. See Fig. 153 . Disconnect the two differential pressure 
feedback EGR hoses. Remove the EGR valve tube. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
