FILLER VALVE 

Removal & Installation 

Release LPG fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Disconnect the fuel line. See Fig. 
9 . Remove the nut, the washer and the fill valve. See Fig. 10 . To install, reverse the removal procedure. Use 
only NEW approved "O" rings upon installation. Lubricate the "O" ring seals with Super Premium SAE 5W30 
Motor Oil. Pressurize LPG fuel system and perform leak test. See LEAK TEST - ALL BI-FUEL VEHICLES
under FUEL SYSTEMS in SYSTEM & COMPONENT TESTING - BI-FUEL - GASOLINE/CNG article.

FUEL RAILS & INJECTORS 

Removal & Installation 

1. Release LPG fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Release fuel system 

pressure from gasoline system. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE under FUEL SYSTEMS 
in REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - BLACKWOOD, EXPEDITION, F150 PICKUP & NAVIGATOR -
GASOLINE article. Disconnect negative battery cable.  

2. Remove the engine air cleaner and outlet tube as an assembly. Remove the compuvalve. See 

COMPUVALVE . Remove gasoline fuel injection supply manifold and injectors. See FUEL RAILS & 
INJECTORS under FUEL SYSTEMS in REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - BLACKWOOD, 
EXPEDITION, F150 PICKUP & NAVIGATOR - GASOLINE article. Remove vaporizer and bracket as 
an assembly. See VAPORIZER (FUEL HEATER) .  

3. Disconnect the accelerator and speed control cable. Disconnect Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) 

NOTE:

If fuel rail tuning is necessary after installation, see FUEL RAIL (TUNABLE "T") 
under ADJUSTMENTS.
