5. Remove the nut from the low-pressure fuel and fuel pressure regulator coolant line assembly retaining 

bracket at the transmission tailhousing.

6. Remove the nut from the low-pressure fuel and fuel pressure regulator coolant line assembly retaining 

bracket at the transmission bellhousing.  

7. Remove the fuel line tether clamp.

8. Using the Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool, disconnect the fuel supply line from the fuel injection 

supply manifold; Refer to SPRING LOCK COUPLINGS for detailed use of the Spring Lock Coupling 
Disconnect Tool.

9. Remove and discard the two fuel line O-rings.
