14. Connect the fuel injector electrical connectors.  

15. Install the intake manifold spacer assembly. For additional information, refer to INTAKE 

MANIFOLD - SPACER ASSEMBLY .  

INTAKE MANIFOLD - SPACER ASSEMBLY 

Removal 

1. Remove the UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD . For additional information, refer to 

UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD .  

2. Partially drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to ENGINE 

COOLING .  

3. Disconnect the Throttle Position (TP) sensor.

4. Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose.

5. Disconnect the Vapor Management Valve (VMV) hose.

6. Disconnect the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) hose.
