AIR CLEANER ELEMENT

REMOVAL

(1) Remove the air cleaner housing cover screws

(Fig. 14).

(2) Partially raise air cleaner housing cover.
(3) Remove air cleaner element.
(4) If necessary, clean the inside of the air cleaner

housing.

INSTALLATION

(1) Install the air filter element on locator (Fig. 15)

and then make sure that the element is locked in at
the lip in the air cleaner housing (Fig. 16).

(2) Lower air cleaner housing cover until properly

seated.

(3) Install the air cleaner housing cover screws

(Fig. 14).
