10 23 HORN/CIGAR L IGHTER/WORK LAMP/AIR DR YER HORN A voltage is applied to connection point 5 of C832 (direction indicator/windscreen wiper stalk switch) via fuse E 036 and wire 1103. When this switch is operated (connection between contacts 5 and 12), voltage is applied to connection point 1 of valve B028 (horn) via w ire 4535. This valve is activated. The air duct in the pneumatic horn is now released. CIGAR L IGHTER A voltage is applied to connection point 1 of B030 (driver ’s side cigar lighter) through fuse E026 (power supply before contact) and wire 1105. When the cigar lighter is pressed in (connection between contacts 1 and 3), a current flows through an internal resistor . When the temperature exceeds a specific value, the heating element springs back and the electric circuit is broken. WORK LAMP When the vehicle lighting is on (relay G 000 activated), a voltage is applied to connection point 85 of relay G 462 (work lamp relay) through contacts 30 - 87 of relay G000, PCB track 2101, fuse E1 17, wire 2630. This relay is activated. A voltage is now applied through fuse E037, wire 1100, contacts 30 and 87 of relay G 462 through fuse E052 to connection point 5 of C 725 (work lamp switch). W hen the work lamp switch is operated (connection between connection points 5 and 1), the work lamp (C071) is supplied w ith voltage. The V IC (D900) also receives a voltage signal on connection point C9. T he VIC switches on the “work lamp” warning indicator on the instrument panel via the I-CAN. AIR D R YER A voltage is applied to connection point 1 of B042 (air dryer heating element) through fuse E091 (power supply after contact) and wire 1240. If the built-in temperature switch is closed (connection between contacts 1 and 2), a current flows through an internal resistor .I ft he temperature exceeds a specific value, the temperature switch turns the heating element back of f.
